With over 20 years of experience in global financial markets, he serves as the lead subject matter expert for all programmatic initiatives.

Compliance & Grants Administrator - Dedicated to maintaining our status as a "low-risk" auditee, this office ensures all projects remain in full compliance with federal, state, and foundation-specific regulations, including 2 CFR 200 standards.

Jeff Ward

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Responsible for the fiscal integrity of the organization, our finance office ensures strict adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and manages the specific reporting requirements for all grant-funded and contracted initiatives.

Data & Evaluation Specialist Focuses on measuring impact. This role ensures that every program is backed by quantifiable data, providing our partners with clear reporting on outcomes and ROI.

Emmanuel McKinney

Director of Program Development - Manages the development and execution of Koda’s core wealth-building tracks. This role ensures that all training modules are aligned with New Jersey Department of Labor standards and our own mission of financial sovereignty, providing the community with the high-value technical skills necessary to achieve long-term economic autonomy.
